delicious meats. Frank Minervino joins Scott Reid and
Texas Smoke Barbecue at our permanent location in Rockaway.
If you’re new to Texas Smoke Barbecue, here’s what
makes us great:
We use only the best cuts of meat and season them to perfection with our Texas Smoke BBQ secret rub. We slow-cook and smoke
our meats for 8-12 hours over the finest oak and hickory wood.
The result is mouth-watering, tender meat enhanced with
Award-Winning barbecue sauce.
